Leona Valley Improvement Association is a non-profit organization in northern Los Angeles County, CA. It was formed in 1951 for the purpose of encouraging individual and family activities in rural Leona Valley. The Community Building, which is owned and operated by LVIA, is the "home base" for many other community organizations and activities.  The Community Building property has added more amenities over the years.  The Lee Rackett Horse arena honors our longtime and favorite 4-H leader, Mrs. Letha Rackett.  It is used frequently by our members and almost every month for a Gymkhana Play Day.  The Heritage Park area pays tribute to past 4-H members and leaders and features a Museum and 1915 one room schoolhouse.
